On-demand movers: Moving help in minutes

Quick, kind, and courteous !! Will definitely be using lugg over other on demand movers when needed in the future!!

I didn’t realize I could have scheduled the Lugger early and bought the item after I got the arrival message so that to avoid delays. I waited over 2 hours. That is the bad part. This is my 1st time getting a Lugger on demand. Ron came from Tacoma to Bothell driving long distance to pick up the items. He is very good at product safety. He also talks very professionally.

These movers were on demand immediately. They were punctual. They jumped in to facilitate the move when I felt list and unsure where to begin. They showed their confidence, experience, and professionalism ( setting boundaries and rules that they follow in their company). Wow! They are recommended without reservation. They have patience. They have excellent organizational skills. For example, they took stuff out of a disorganized 8'x10' unit and put it in there truck utilizing every square inch of their truck. They took it to my new storage that was 5'x10'. After realizing that the bookshelves were no longer functional, that was broken down in to garbage and we decided to let go of 2 other major items that no longer served my highest good. As a result, they brilliantly organized and were able to fit all my boxes and stuff into the new 5'x10' at the new location. At times they had questions for me when they were unsure and listened to me. I was impressed. They took chaos and turned the situation into gold and made it work. They seemed to have a natural inherent ability to move stuff and think ahead about how it should be organized and packed in present and later on when the delicate storage boxes to the designated destination. I feel very fortunate that a moving company referred me to this company, Lugg. It was a fabulous experience in which I felt it was a customer satisfaction guaranteed job. These particular movers showed grit and resilience when I wanted to give up and they said, No, we will make this work. It will all work out." They took the lead, had an open mind, and kept the lines of communication open and professional. It was a smooth transition with their great problem solving skills. I am so happy with the job done and it was done for reasonable rates and they were also industry competitive. Their skill sets are worth more than 5x what the job was worth. Lugg is so lucky to have this dynamite team as their employees. They have a positive attitude and are easy going. 5 stars for them and they set the bar for others in industry.

On time and efficient. I scheduled the Lugg to help carry out & load heavy furnIture onto a trailer. Despite being soaking wet from the rain, these guys remained professional & got the work done safely. I have used Lugg several times this year & would definitely recommend Lugg services, not just for delivery or moving, but also for help with heavy lifting & loading. All on demand through the Lugg app. Thanks Again !

The drivers were great. However, this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Lugg. I'm surprised that Lugg doesn't provide any instructions on how donations work for the drivers or the customers. I would expect that the drivers would have a list of local places that accept donations, and a protocol for what to do if the donated items are rejected. This process took hours and a lot of calls and text messages with the drivers. I was asked for a backup plan if the donation site didn't accept the items and was surprised that Lugg didn't have this figured out in advance. Then I was asked to contact Lugg support and request a change to my order from donation to dump run. I emailed support, got no response, and the driver didn't get a response either. It's wonderful to have a truck available on demand, but either Lugg needs to have clearly defined procedures for handling donations, or the app needs to make it clear to the customers that they are responsible for making all arrangements including a backup plan if donated items are rejected.

This service is the best! Our movers, Yuriy and Eugene were professional and courteous, and super strong! The driveways around here are really steep and they didn't even blink. It was so easy to schedule! Thanks and let me know if you expand your service to handyman on demand.

We really appreciate Fred & Frankie accepting a moving job from Mountain View to Sunnyvale despite their base being in SF and them wrapping up a moving job in Oakland, putting in a 13-hour day! The company FAQ should state that jobs are assigned to the nearest team, which might be based 40 miles away, and that teams can decline jobs -- rather than let customers assume thus works like Uber and Lyft, where drivers initiate acceptance of a gig. We were arranging pickup of a Craigslist item after dinner and expected -- and told the seller when we requested a Lugg -- that the drivers would arrive in 15-60 minutes, per the company communications; the drivers told me 40 minutes after i requested the gig and received confirmation that their ETA was another 40 minutes. I would use this service again if we had the option to book gigs in advance as well as request on demand. Some people -- including Craigslist sellers and planners like me who are juggling a lot of things at once -- like being able to count on when the pickup will happen.

Same-day service was amazing! Very prompt just as promised very timely. I would use lung service again.

Arrived right on time with a same-day delivery. Very courteous and professional. Handled the furniture with great care and put it right where I needed it. Kept our house clean (it was a nice touch for them to purposely wipe their shoes before entering). A HUGE thank you and kudos to Luis and Kevin!!!

Seamless operation from beginning to end. As a guy who appreciates devising a plan that is executed to perfection, Kemar and Terrance were exceptional in their performance. I researched an IKEA purchase, and got my family moving early on Sunday morning to put eyes on my final selection. Although IKEA's website said delivery was not available in our area (NW DC), they told me about Lugg after the purchase. I scheduled a mid-afternoon, same-day delivery. I went home, cleared the space to accept the delivery, and took the family to brunch. While receiving real-time updates and needing to complete a few other errands, I sent the family home to meet Kemar & Terrance and continued with our other "missions." Kemar & Terrence arrived promptly at the opening of the scheduled delivery window, unloaded our purchases efficiently and carefully, and were on their way. Their professionalism during the delivery was particularly noteworthy. Coming from my Wife, this is extremely high praise as she does not issue it lightly. I recommend these guys without any hesitation. Nicely Done Gentlemen!
