The pickup address, 2140 Santa Cruz Ave., Menlo Park, CA was insufficient, because it includes 5 large apartment buildings on a loop road. So it took awhile for us to find each other. The messages to my cell phone said that David arrived at the pickup address at 2:58 and reached the destination (without use of the truck, because the destination was outside at the same address), at 3:37, for a total time of 39 minutes. The predicted price without the $15 tip was $29.41 + $0.95per minute * 39 minutes = 66.46, to be compared with the $77.01 before adding the tip. Please explain the difference (my email is yellin@slac.stanford.edu). I think your booking site should have an option to add a booking comment, such as additional details on how to find the pickup or destination locations. - Steven
Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again. - Matthew
