The two men were very fast and professional. One suggestion to the company. Please share with the employees the details I provided. The address I typed into the app was a strip shopping mall so there was confusion about which store they were going to. The receipt I provided had the name of the store but the two men didn’t have that info. They called and I clarified so all went well after I gave them the name of the store. - Carol
These two men are outstanding. They took such care with moving the items and made sure everything was set up properly. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando
