The Christians were great to work with - and on the pickup side, they really went above and beyond in helping me to resolve issues I was having with Best Buy (I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to give them permission to pick up the fridge - I was at the destination - and they were able to convince Best Buy to release it once they were there). Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the fridge inside (my fault; I stupidly forgot to measure the width of my front door) - but they helped me get it up to the upper landing, and I was able to come back later and take off the fridge doors to get it inside. Throughout all of this, they were both super friendly, helpful, and flexible as the complications stretched out the time frame for the job. - Gregory
