No, you don't! As long as you upload a clear photo of your receipt or order confirmation from the Lowe's store, your Luggers can handle the pickup for you. Some Lowe's locations may require additional verification, and we will contact you if that's the case.

What if I buy something in a local Lowe's store and want it delivered the same day?

That's what we specialize in! You can book a Lugg right from the Lowe's store or parking lot. What happens if my new hardware doesn't fit through my doorway?

You are responsible for measuring your doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure your hardware will fit before booking. The vehicle you pick sets most of the price, so a single piece of furniture in a Lite or Pickup costs much less than a full apartment in a Box. Routes over 30 miles add a long-distance fee, which is already in your estimate, and a Movers only job has no mileage at all.
