We will ask you to hold your hardware as we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What happens if my new hardware doesn't fit through my doorway?

You are responsible for measuring your doorways, hallways, and stairwells to ensure your hardware will fit before booking. You'll see your upfront estimate before you book, including a small variable booking fee, and rates vary by city. The vehicle you pick sets most of the price, so a single piece of furniture in a Lite or Pickup costs much less than a full apartment in a Box. Routes over 30 miles add a long-distance fee, which is already in your estimate, and a Movers only job has no mileage at all.
