Wow! Excellent service from the 1st phone call. James and Jose picked up a piece of furniture I purchased from Z Gallerie in Berkeley, loaded the pick- up truck and delivered it to my home in Marin. James is strong and quick. Jose organized the drop off instructions with me. Great team work. The entire transaction took less than 50 minutes including my online LUGG order - I never left my office. Ferlan & Emanuel arrived within 20 minutes of the request. I am renovating an historic home and had several pieces of furniture to move from upstairs to downstairs. I have many dozens of boxes of materials that need to be moved to a basement cellar. Several large pieces of furniture needed to be moved outside. They were together really well.
