Both at pickup and at drop off, they were one street over from their destination. I had to call them to bring them over. Mapping software needs improvement. Very nice guys. - James

Punctual, friendly, mindful, careful, efficient, capable, competent, cooperative, professional. This is how I’d describe both Claudia’s and Patrick’s performance. Picked up a heavy wood/ metal/ glass desk, moved down a steep hill to her van. Worked with me to get it through a tight space at my home. They make me want to continue using Lugg! - Christian

Easy to book, quick response to questions, fast, professional movers, and very friendly! It's hard to find movers for less than the three hour minimum so I was so grateful to find Lugg. It's who I'll always use in the future 🥰 - MamaJ

The whole process was pretty seamless. Great app and clarity on pricing. My relatively small move took about 45 minutes and the guys were really professional and communicative. I recently used some other apps to find people to help with moving and the process was more odious and the cost wasn't nearly as effective. Definitely five stars. - Jim
