Both at pickup and at drop off, they were one street over from their destination. I had to call them to bring them over. Mapping software needs improvement. Very nice guys. - James

Kenny and Joseph were the best movers this side of the Mississippi and likely east of the Mississippi too! Professional, supportive, innovative. We moved a Hot Tub onto a big truck together. Unbelievable! Took off doors and put them back again to get furniture out. And they stayed till the job was done. I’d hire them over and over and over again - Cindy

Jose & Francesco were fast and efficient. My first time using Lugg and I highly recommend! I bought these 2 beautiful accent chairs from the RH Outlet in San Rafael. The sales associate said the store did not deliver, but customers often used Lugg. I was able to book the “within 30 minutes” option. Jose and Francesco accept the job at 12:40pm. My furniture arrived at my home in San Francisco at 2:25pm! Will definitely be using this app again! - Melanie

Miguel and Sergio were phenomenal movers; this was a great experience. They were not only friendly and easy to work with, but highly efficient and careful with all my boxes and furniture. I highly recommend them and if I for some reason have to move again soon, I’d hire them in a heartbeat. Thank you! - Rebecca
