Erick picked up a tablet and stylus at a Best Buy in Boston for me as we live in South Carolina to deliver to our nephew who was in the hospital. Despite having texts from me and photos of the email confirmations from Best Buy, they would not release one of the items to him. He was very persistent with them as I had texted him about our nephew and he called me to speak with Best Buy employees. Luckily they gave the items to him. He offered to even take the items to our nephew directly if he was allowed to his room. It was very kind of him. I wasn’t sure if our nephew was being discharged, so needed someone to deliver to the hospital instead of relying on Best Buy delivery. Very grateful!

I was actually totally amazed that these two were successfully able to pull off driving all the way out to Culver city, picking up a giant Samsung dryer for me, and hauling it back to my house in Hollywood when I first contacted them with less than an hour to go before Best Buy closed. The Christians were great to work with - and on the pickup side, they really went above and beyond in helping me to resolve issues I was having with Best Buy (I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to give them permission to pick up the fridge - I was at the destination - and they were able to convince Best Buy to release it once they were there). Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the fridge inside (my fault; I stupidly forgot to measure the width of my front door) - but they helped me get it up to the upper landing, and I was able to come back later and take off the fridge doors to get it inside. Throughout all of this, they were both super friendly, helpful, and flexible as the complications stretched out the time frame for the job.
