My service was great! Jose was my lugger and he picked up and big chair, rug, and cushion for me from World Market same-day! He even brought it into my apartment for me. - Nylah

This is my first time using Lugg, and I could not be happier! My movers came lightning-fast—I got a team here (on-demand, no less) in just 15 minutes! They were easy to talk to and easy to work with, as well…even though they had to navigate a veritable obstacle course from the front lawn, around the back of the house, through the spare bedroom, and into the garage! I needed them to move a solid aluminum wheelchair ramp that weighed over 150 pounds—a very unwieldy item I am so glad I didn’t have to move myself! I absolutely intend to call on Lugg again if I need something moved…I just hope I can get Jose and Francesco to be my movers again! - Prince

Everything was great! Super friendly, efficient, and communicative! Would 100% book again if I need anything moved. - Samantha

Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra

Kenny and Joseph were the best movers this side of the Mississippi and likely east of the Mississippi too! Professional, supportive, innovative. We moved a Hot Tub onto a big truck together. Unbelievable! Took off doors and put them back again to get furniture out. And they stayed till the job was done. I’d hire them over and over and over again - Cindy

Travis and Calvin were thorough and thoughtful. They helped us move efficiently and didn’t make a mark in our new or old place. Would love to use them again - Jesse
