So quick and helpful! Booked online and moved my small treadmill down to the basement within a couple of hours. Richard and Josue were fast and careful. I would certainly use Lugg again. Only thing I was uncertain about was that I got a text saying they’d arrived, but they didn’t show up at my door for 10 more minutes. So, was I charged for that 10 minutes? - Summer

We ran into some unexpected challenges when the old fridge wouldn't fit, but these luggers didn't give up! We teamed up to remove the door and were able to get it to fit. They moved our new fridge in without scuffing the walls or hurting the fridge. We also received chat support before the move. They did great too. Would use again! Thanks guys - Jacob

I sent them a message about the pick up and drop off, they were able to complete the pick up without needing any help from us since we were not on site, they where able to get to our place quickly and moved everything right on in. They where going to start setting up the couch but we opted out just because it needed a good cleaning first Great movers, I would recommend, we have used movers (not lugg) before and had a different experience. Both were great to work with and assisted me immensely in the task needed. Only thing I would recommend for LUGG is maybe bring moving/lifting things and if you need them they are at least there. If I didn't have stuff myself nothing could have been done. That isn't their fault it isn't in the LUGG van they had. - Shane
These guys were great! Cut to the chase (which is what I wanted after a day of thousands of decisions), were flexible and willing to do things the way I felt like we needed, and were careful with my stuff. The fact that I was able to hire them literally last minute, and was kept updated on their eta and confirmations, etc. via text made the whole booking process very stress-free. Lugg's prices are astronomically more appealing than most other moving companies I researched, and my final bill makes my decision to reach out to Lugg totally worth it!
