David & John were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, positive, and open to teamwork. I would hire them to help me 100 times over. Unfortunately, they work for Lugg, which is an awful company. I am so disappointed. I hired movers for a 10-11am start date, and they arrived around 5pm. 6-7 hours late. That is 100% on the company. If David and John ever go work for another company I will not hesitate to hire them again. If they work for Lugg, it’s a shame because you guys were not helpful, not responsive, and really just a displeasure to try to communicate with. I expect to receive at minimum a 50% discount. The only thing I am happy to pay is the generous tip I left David and John, who earned it. I took off work today when in reality I could’ve worked the whole day, which has a value of several thousand dollars. Thanks.

This was my very first time using Lugg or even hearing about the company and I must say, I am extremely impressed. Edwardo and Alonso are a great team!! Extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I could not have asked for more and I truly appreciate them calling me and advising they did not receive 32 items as expected. Instead of leaving IKEA, they had the IKEA employee verify the missing items were lumped together in one box. How many people would take the time to do. That is truly above and beyond in my book. Robert was great and super strong and very smart, logical and efficient. He was able to get in one load what I thought would’ve taken at least three or four loads. I was very impressed and then when he got to the other side to deliver my bookcase to my parents, my dad said the same thing about him so we were very grateful to have Robert as our lugger today!

Haneef and Rich were extremely professional under challenging circumstances. They had been sent directly from another job because the team originally scheduled for my Lugg couldn’t make it. With no rest or meal break, they worked tirelessly on a job that was honestly too big for two people. I can’t say enough about them. The delay in getting them to me meant that the Lugg started 90 minutes after my initial window, so they were very late getting finished. (I’m so grateful to them, but I honestly wish Lugg had given me the option of rescheduling since my move was going to be so delayed.)

They did an incredible job carrying heavy furniture up a narrow staircase on a cold rainy day. There is no way that my wife and I could have managed that ourselves so we are very grateful for their help.

I really appreciated that detail since it was raining pretty heavily the day he helped me move my things! I am so grateful for his help, he made a very stressful process much quicker and simpler!!
