Eileen and Westley did a superb job moving the island I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were punctual, communicated clearly, and were very careful when bringing the enormous piece into my home.
Amazing job on a tough piece to move — expertly picked up and transported a slab of marble for a kitchen island!
These two were so great. I had a complicated outside process in getting my key and making sure they knew where to properly load, and I was getting really stressed out handling the entire process. Both were professional, comforting, and efficient in moving my stuff and handling the whole thing, and I’m forever grateful for them and Lugg. Will be sure to use their services again!
Met me outside the building. Carried chair from sidewalk to apartment hallway. Pleased with everything.

Rocky and Gloria were the movers for my fist Lugg project. They delivered my Ikea finds in a fast & professional manner. Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Thanks to both for making my first experience memorable & being such great humans. (tipped in cash) I will be using & recommending Lugg from now on.
