Joanys said Cesar were excellent movers. They were on time, courtesy, professional and great customer service. I wanted my items placed in my storage unit a certain way. They packed the van so that unloading made it easier to place in my unit exactly the way I wanted. I really appreciate their assistance. Will use Luggs again for my small moving needs. Another perk was that I was upgraded for free from a pick up truck to XL van without an additional charge due to availability. Thank God for favor! Jay and Jordan arrived on time with smiles, introductory handshake’s and were ready to work. The heavy elliptical machine was loaded, unloaded and maneuvered through tight spaces to its location inside our house with their skill and strength. My expectations were exceeded hiring much needed help from the Lugg app. The scheduling was easy, the price reasonable and Jay and Jordan are high quality workers! Thank you guys. I tipped both Luggers, Jose Lee and Alexander, in person. Once they arrived at this destination, they were very efficient and fast. If I use Lugg again, I will know the start time begins sometime within the timeframe provided. The text message I received inferred the delivery would happen between 1-2 PM. I assumed it would start on time and complete by 2 PM. In reality it didn’t start until AFTER 2 PM, and finished after 3:30 PM. (I also thought securing a truck and drivers would’ve been handled the day before, enabling the move to be handled efficiently.) Also, the interface to leave comments can be more user friendly. It was very difficult to see how to use on my phone. - Tom

I was a little concerned when the seller of the bed frame I purchased sent photos of it being loaded in the truck and informed me the mover had not wrapped anything and had placed the wood pieces on the concrete. But everything arrived okay and he was very helpful unloading it into the apartment. - ANIKA
