They were able to help with the move very efficiently and were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding when there was a miscommunication with access to my new apartment, they waited for over an hour with me and helped me to find a solution to get into the unit, even going so far to download my rental app to reach out to the support team when my phone would not connect! Competition is tight here and other movers charged almost double to what I paid Lugg...so I was happy to find them. There were 2 guys; Streeter, and I'm sorry I can't remember his friends name.
