Cesar & Z were professional, courteous and both possessed versed knowledge in completing our move in the most efficient, maneuvered, & packaged way so the process was quick and stress free. These two made it effortless. They definitely need a raise or some kind of edge over their colleagues for the bags that go to finishers. Cesar and Z are fantastic at their jobs!! - Bryan

It was great to know exactly where the movers were and when they would arrive for pick up and drop off. Everything went as planned. The movers were professional, strong, and very careful with my furniture. Courteous & respectful of my space. I will definitely use Lugg again. - Chris

Great team for my multi-dropoff move today. Very careful and respectful of my mom's things, took extra care to understand some odd pieces, and navigated one challenge with grace and professionalism. Very happy with this move. The team took so much stress out of getting this all done. Five stars, would absolutely book again. - Karen

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using Lugg, and a great experience! Juan and Raul were fantastic! They were professional, polite, and efficient. They arrived fully equipped with the right tools, moving blankets, and a van, and got straight to work. We were moving from a 10x10 storage unit into a 7x15 unit, and they completed the entire job in less than an hour! The final price was also very close to the original estimate. Our base cost before tax was $131, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a van, which was a nice bonus. For our first experience with Lugg, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Juan and Raul made the move quick and hassle-free. Great team, fair pricing, and excellent service. We would absolutely use Lugg again and highly recommend them! Special call out to your amazing customer service rep Sam who was responsive and answered our first-timer questions. She even helped us place the order, since this was the same storage location, and we were moving from one unit to another, and that option was not available for self-service as the start and end locations were at the same address. - Yeeli
Friendly and got the job done - customer
Pablo, came and did the move alone. He was very professional and apologetic regarding the other associate who did not come. He showed up and worked hard, all by himself and very appreciative of this! - Clarene
My furniture was extremely heavy and at least 6 ft each. Maneuvering was difficult at pickup but not their fault. They got the job done & worked Hard for My money. I was impressed that they handled such a large heavy job (glad I didn’t have more than on photo) I didn’t add Tip to credit card but I gave them each equal tip. Thank - Michele
Cannot recommend these gentlemen enough! Super professional, on time and even took photos when they got there to ensure I knew of minor scuff ahead of time. A+! - Darren
Very professional and didn’t play around. Did what was expected of them - Shelley
Super flexible and patient after goodwill website incorrectly said they accepted furniture and they ended up having to make a round trip. Much appreciated!! - Xakota
I had specifically said in my order that it was a king sized mattress and needed to go up 5 flights of stairs. However, the team was only 2 and they couldn’t do it so I had to book 2 extra luggers which took an extra hour. And the cost ended up being more than double with the tips etc. - Nasser
The app states that the drop-off took 25 min, but I believe it took approximately same time (10-11 min) as during pick up. Other than that everything was good. - Pratik
1st time using this service and it's literally Uber for moving. It was awesome! We had just found an amazing dinning room table and was told about Lugg. With in an hour the table was delivered and even with help of set up. The guys were friendly and were very respectful. Highly recommend! - Wayne
These movers were careful and professional. They were willing to place the very heavy planters exactly where I wanted them. And very pleasant when I changed my mind and wanted their position adjusted. Very pleasant to work with! - Happy

Booked Lugg to move everything from our event back to our storage unit, and the crew was excellent. They arrived early, were friendly the whole time, and handled every request without hesitation. Every item was wrapped and loaded with real care, and it all arrived on time and in perfect condition. After a long event day, that made a huge difference. Would book them again. - Regan
