Cesar & Z were professional, courteous and both possessed versed knowledge in completing our move in the most efficient, maneuvered, & packaged way so the process was quick and stress free. These two made it effortless. They definitely need a raise or some kind of edge over their colleagues for the bags that go to finishers. Cesar and Z are fantastic at their jobs!! - Bryan
On time, efficient, super helpful, we have quite a few big furnitures and they did so good! They’re also very careful with our stuff so we’d greatly appreciate that :-) 10/10 def recommend! - Nhi

Pablo, came and did the move alone. He was very professional and apologetic regarding the other associate who did not come. He showed up and worked hard, all by himself and very appreciative of this! - Clarene
My furniture was extremely heavy and at least 6 ft each. Maneuvering was difficult at pickup but not their fault. They got the job done & worked Hard for My money. I was impressed that they handled such a large heavy job (glad I didn’t have more than on photo) I didn’t add Tip to credit card but I gave them each equal tip. Thank - Michele
Cannot recommend these gentlemen enough! Super professional, on time and even took photos when they got there to ensure I knew of minor scuff ahead of time. A+! - Darren
Great job!! - customer
Super flexible and patient after goodwill website incorrectly said they accepted furniture and they ended up having to make a round trip. Much appreciated!! - Xakota

I am so thankful that these guys were able to do the job. I kept running into issues with other companies and I am glad I found Lugg to do the job. They efficiently removed front door to carry fridge through since it was so big and then put door back. - Kimberly

Definitely using Lugg again! Noquisi and Ekepati were punctual, quick and very careful with furniture and walls. Made a huge difference with moving out and saved so much time. I hope I can request these guys specifically in the future but idk if I can it was my first time using the app. - Tyler
Smooth, efficient, fast. These guys did an incredible job. I have a lot of stairs so I can't thank them enough for bringing my new bed down. Thank you thank you 👑💪🏼💪🏼 - Taylor
Thanks, guys. You don’t know happy I am to have these things in my apartment now. I appreciate what you do! - John
Great team for my multi-dropoff move today. Very careful and respectful of my mom's things, took extra care to understand some odd pieces, and navigated one challenge with grace and professionalism. Very happy with this move. The team took so much stress out of getting this all done. Five stars, would absolutely book again. - Karen
Servio & Carlos did an excellent job and we’re super fast and knowledgeable with our washer and dryer! Thank you so much! - Camillia
I had specifically said in my order that it was a king sized mattress and needed to go up 5 flights of stairs. However, the team was only 2 and they couldn’t do it so I had to book 2 extra luggers which took an extra hour. And the cost ended up being more than double with the tips etc. - Nasser
The app states that the drop-off took 25 min, but I believe it took approximately same time (10-11 min) as during pick up. Other than that everything was good. - Pratik
Terrific service. Very professional!! - Alix
Ismael and Elias were extremely professional and efficient! Can't overstate how happy we are with their service! - Joe
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using Lugg, and a great experience! Juan and Raul were fantastic! They were professional, polite, and efficient. They arrived fully equipped with the right tools, moving blankets, and a van, and got straight to work. We were moving from a 10x10 storage unit into a 7x15 unit, and they completed the entire job in less than an hour! The final price was also very close to the original estimate. Our base cost before tax was $131, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to a van, which was a nice bonus. For our first experience with Lugg, we couldn’t have asked for better service. Juan and Raul made the move quick and hassle-free. Great team, fair pricing, and excellent service. We would absolutely use Lugg again and highly recommend them! Special call out to your amazing customer service rep Sam who was responsive and answered our first-timer questions. She even helped us place the order, since this was the same storage location, and we were moving from one unit to another, and that option was not available for self-service as the start and end locations were at the same address. - Yeeli
Great service. Awesome communications and delivery. Highly recommend for all your delivery and moving needs - Jesus
Booked Lugg to move everything from our event back to our storage unit, and the crew was excellent. They arrived early, were friendly the whole time, and handled every request without hesitation. Every item was wrapped and loaded with real care, and it all arrived on time and in perfect condition. After a long event day, that made a huge difference. Would book them again. - Regan
The job was done, reasonably expediently, and professionally. The movers were polite and considerate. - Leo
