5-star customer reviews

Absolutely incredible service! I had a HUGE HomeGoods haul and honestly couldn’t believe how much they were able to fit into their Sprinter van. They handled everything perfectly and made the entire delivery process so easy and stress-free. They were extremely hardworking, professional, careful with all of my purchases, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The value for the service was amazing, especially considering how much I had to move. They worked efficiently and made what could have been a stressful delivery feel effortless. I seriously cannot recommend them enough. If you need help transporting furniture, large purchases, or a big shopping haul, these are the people to call. Fantastic service, great value, and genuinely hard workers. I will absolutely use them again! - Kassandra

I’m very pleased with my Lugg experience Paki and Sadiki were quick, efficient professional, and they took great care to not knock the walls or the door frames which stood out to me. Did a great job. When they arrived at the donation location, there was some confusion about unloading, but they called me, they stayed until everything was finished, and their professionalism was outstanding. I will definitely be using Lugg again, overall, I’m very pleased. - Meg

Friendly and reasonable humans who gauged the situation and appropriately put their safety first! Although the job could not be completed as I had hoped (due to the physical restrictions of the building), they happily pivoted the plan and I appreciate their assistance immensely! - Basil

If your company has a standard for outstanding service, Elijah and Kareem should be the example. These two unloaded our furniture into the house like absolute rockstars. Their professionalism, teamwork, work ethic, and attention to detail turned a major part of moving into an experience worth sitting down and writing a review about. Moving furniture is hard work. Doing it well while leaving the customer this impressed takes pride in your job—and these men deserve recognition for it. They represented your company exceptionally well and delivered the kind of service that earns trust, repeat business, and word-of-mouth recommendations. To their manager, owner, or whoever makes decisions about raises and promotions: Elijah and Kareem are exactly the kind of employees you invest in and work hard to keep. Please make sure this review reaches someone who can reward their effort. A sincere thank-you is deserved, but a raise or bonus would speak even louder! Elijah and Kareem—you absolutely crushed it. We appreciate the hard work and would gladly request you both again. Five stars feels like an understatement even though Elijah was wearing a LA dodgers hat we can let it slide 🫡 - Nathaniel

These two gentlemen’s took on a challenge!! They picked up a loft bed for me at Home Depot and brought it back to my home and assembled it. it was quite a challenge to build, but they both had positive attitudes and was able to pull through and put it together. - Jessica
