Huge shoutout to the Lugg crew Randy & Michael W who handled my clothing donation today! They went totally above and beyond. Not only were they super careful with the items, but they actually drove completely out of their way to make sure the clothes were dropped off directly at the specific charity I wanted to support.They could have easily taken the easiest route or dropped them at a standard bin, but they prioritized making sure the donation got to the right place.
