Asked to move a piano. They did it. Added a hot tub. They asked for a couple more luggers for the job then cheerfully walked heavy boxes and furniture up stairs while waiting for reinforcements. Brought the hot tub upstairs for the win. - Celeste
These guys are expert movers. They went over the top to ensure that they got the hot tub in! It was a very hard job and they did it!!!! Thank you so much! - Alison
Massi and Rabah were both very friendly. They moved a very heavy and unwieldy hot tub in a fast an efficient manner. Thank you! - Raymond
Had to move a giant hot tub, showed up right on time, offered great problem solving, and had a good attitude the whole time with a very difficult task. - Dennis
Cesar and Geoff helped me move a fire pit to Denver as well as move a small hot tub in my backyard. It usually takes four of us to remove the hot tub and they could easily do it with three of us. Solid luggers! - Jeremy
James and Nicholas went above and beyond to help us move a new hot tub to a lower deck. They were friendly and made it happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you!! - Mike
Carlos is absolutely incredible. He had an incredibly positive attitude when moving a 450lb hot tub into my backyard - two floors down! Marco was also great to work with. Both very hard working! - Rachel
Mike & Jose were great! Super quick and efficient and they were able to navigate a hot tub into our backyard with relative ease. And they are such nice guys to boot! - Elizabeth
The two gentlemen showed up on time and we're very nice. They were unable to move the item that I needed moved. It was a hot tub and just too big and heavy for them to handle on their own safely. As they were already here I asked them to move a few smaller items which they did quickly and efficiently. I still need to move my hot tub and can't figure out how to do it. I am giving them five stars as they were ready and willing to do the job it was just too much to be accomplished by two people. No fault of their own. - Josh
Randy & Jessiah worked great as a team! They strategized first and were able to remove our dryer from the top of a stacked washer/dryer set, in a tight-spaced pantry and doorway, and place it in the next door kitchen seemingly with ease and were very careful lowering it to the tiled floor, which is totally awesome! I don't think we could have done that ourselves. They then moved both appliances into the kitchen area where we wanted them. Lastly, they moved out a 7ft tall open cupboard from the pantry, that was taller than the doorway. There were some things on the pantry wall which were making it a little more difficult to get the cupboard out, but they worked together to bend the cupboard with the bottom coming out the door first, and that worked, without us having to remove anything from the wall. They moved it through our place and doorways with ease and left it outside, just where we wanted it. They did a perfect job, and I would definitely recommend them!👍👍 - Sonia
Kareem and Michael were efficient, timely, and most of all considerate of my space and potential hiccups. 10/10 I would definitely hire again. - Renee
Fantastic work with a really difficult space. They were on time and friendly, and very accommodating. - Elijah
Super prompt, professional & quick! We need to move our couch downstairs to the curb, and we live in a weird SF apartment. The guys were respectful of the space, and handled the couch like pros. Thank you! - Stephanie
Wilfredy and Edwin were so helpful and accommodating. They were flexible with timing and willing to go out of their way to help everything get moved into a tight space. Im very grateful! - Azelie
When most movers probably would have thrown in the towel, these guys persevered and got the job done! Their task was to pick up a very bulky couch from my parents’ house and deliver it to my son’s apartment. And when I say the passageway into his apartment was narrow… I mean NARROW! 😂 They never gave up. They carefully disassembled the couch, somehow maneuvered it through the tight space, and then reassembled it once they got it inside. They had excellent communication throughout the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. They were hardworking, determined, careful, and incredibly professional. It was clear that they genuinely wanted to do the job right. 5-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for movers. They earned every one of those stars! - Zaina
Very professional and hardworking. Great attitude and did an excellent job at getting the couch up an extremely difficult space - Ally
Elijah was amazing! We had a tight space to fit furniture and creatively came up with ways to get it through and upstairs. We couldn't have done it without him! Thank you, Elijah! - Katie
Excellent. Arrived on time and got it done professionally. Protected my furniture and created the space they needed to get the job done - Adama
Careful of my kitchen space. Team lead communicated appropriately to my comments and questions. Efficient work. - Ann
Jay and Jordan arrived on time with smiles, introductory handshake’s and were ready to work. The heavy elliptical machine was loaded, unloaded and maneuvered through tight spaces to its location inside our house with their skill and strength. My expectations were exceeded hiring much needed help from the Lugg app. The scheduling was easy, the price reasonable and Jay and Jordan are high quality workers! Thank you guys. It was my first time using Lugg and it won’t be my last. I’ve already recommended to one person and will continue to do so. - MARY
Mahamad and Darrell were absolute move champions! They were prompt, efficient, courteous, personable - and knew all about CubeSmart and moving into a high rise space. 6 stars not an option but they earned at least that. These guys are great brand ambassadors for Lugg. Thank you - we’ll tell all our friends. - TJ
They were professional and hospitable. Clearly know their work and are attentive to safety. We appreciated how careful they were and how efficiently they evaluated the space and reacted accordingly. What a great experience! Thank you! - Mary
Amazing job with a very heavy table in a very tight space! They were incredibly careful and patient and a pleasure to work with! - Emily
I hired them to move some furniture from upstairs to my outside storage. They arrived within an hour of my request and quickly got to work. They had great ideas for how to maneuver my space. They moved items in minutes that would have taken me all day. They worked quickly and efficiently. Excellent job… plus they were friendly and professional. Highly Recommended!! - LaRissa
