Luis and Patrick did an outstanding job. They were booked solid for the entire day, but instead of rescheduling, they persevered and arrived in the darkness of night to complete my job. Friendly, smart, accommodating, and efficient would describe their work ethic. In less than an hour, they had moved 5 incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture (including 3 couches and a 8-foot oak dining table) up a narrow 17-step flight of stairs. No complaining, no stopping, and no nonsense. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks!
Movers were great. Amount charged was significantly diferent than initial estimate (3x). Because of this dont think I would be using the service again
Adriel and Michael were fantastic! They moved my furniture in the rain and even stayed after to help me move my mattress that had just gotten delivered. They were on time, respectful, and professional.
These guys were great! I had trouble figuring the app out, I had not used it before. These guys were awesome!!! Very friendly, great communication, made my move so much easier. You’re in good hands if you have these guys! I am very pleased.

Duvan was very friendly, safe, and even brought an extra trailer to help with my move. I was in desperate last minute need and he was there to help.
Only comment would be a pickup truck as required and requested would have made our job more effective. But movers Barry and Marquis were great and we make it happen.
I still need to see if I get my money back from the first trip that we had to cancel due to a bridge closure before I can add any other comments. The move went smooth though and both were gentlemen.
The movers were fine, but the fact that nothing was wrapped the furniture, especially being white. I would’ve expected it to be wrapped in plastic for the move inside the van. The patio was also white was completely loose inside the van. The parts were separated from each other nothing was wrapped up. It was definitely not the category of move I was expecting suggested by pottery barn.
They were amazing!!! So helpful, so nice, and truly went above and beyond. Incredibly thankful to these two for making my stressful move end up being stress-free.

I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!
The process was highly efficient and professional. They arrived on time despite the heavy traffic near the town. The movers were friendly, demonstrated excellent teamwork, and absolutely went above and beyond!
