My couch is a nightmare in this building (halls and doorways seem to be lower and more narrow than any other building I've lived in). They basically had to remove the doors of the apartments (moved down the hall) and halfway disassemble the couch to get it in 🫠 But they did it! They were friendly and didn't make it seem like this was a nightmare job, although I'm sure it was lol.
Barry and Brian were so efficient and quick! They completed the job with a positive attitude and were very kind and considerate. They worked tirelessly to fit my couch through the door when it was a tight squeeze, and they got it through. This was such a pleasant and easy move for me thanks to them!

Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.
I discovered the Lugg app from a buyer when I sold my furniture to move from FL from CA, and I’m so glad I did! Without the help of Adriel and Gregory, I would’ve had to spend much more $$ on a new sleeper sofa just so it could be delivered. They were very communicative, handled the fabric with care, and did an expert job getting it to the 6th floor. I’m very grateful to them and Lugg!

I would like to say it was a rainy day and made sure the sofa was covered. My house is under construction and the also helped me cover the sofa so it wouldn’t get full of dust. Thanks guys!
