James and Jesse were communicative and prompt. They worked together seamlessly to bring a large fireplace mantel up two steep flights of stairs. Not an easy job! Was so grateful for their positivity and expertise.
These two were so great. I had a complicated outside process in getting my key and making sure they knew where to properly load, and I was getting really stressed out handling the entire process. Both were professional, comforting, and efficient in moving my stuff and handling the whole thing, and I’m forever grateful for them and Lugg. Will be sure to use their services again!

Kareem and Michael were fantastic. It’s the middle of a heat wave, 98 degrees out. They were super efficient and pleasant. They communicated well with us and with each other. There was one bulky item that was especially difficult to maneuver out, but they persevered calmly without showing any frustration. We’re so grateful for their help, and we would absolutely book them again for any future moving needs.

Ralph and Haile did an incredible job helping me move my things. I had a Queen mattress, wooden trunk, dresser, TV and console, with a large hanging lamp that was moved within an hour to get out and the same moving in. They were respectful and considerate of my things, it was such a last minute move I’d definitely use them again

We had at least 15 pieces of heavy suitcases/boxes/bags and 2 small furniture, and completed the entire move-out and move-in process within 40 minutes! Also, Ryan is such a nice person!! Always thinking about how to get the work done in the shortest amount of time possible and being really strategic (haha) about taking what pieces first and etc… also so patient and understanding and easy-going. Best experience ever! This is my first time and definitely not the last time using Lugg! And best of luck to Ryan! Thanks again!!
Did an amazing job maneuvering a large couch through a tiny stairway and through small doors. I had truly given up but they were kind, patient, and so helpful. If they had been frustrated I wouldn’t have blamed them bc it was a tough job, but their spirits remained high and they worked together to make it happen. Sent from my giant comfy couch.
