Adriel and Michael were fantastic! They moved my furniture in the rain and even stayed after to help me move my mattress that had just gotten delivered. They were on time, respectful, and professional.
Communication was great. He took great care of the mattress I was picking up and delivered it very quickly.

Was only expecting one mover but two showed up and brought the mattress all the way to my room on the back of the house. On time (in fact, earlier), super fast and well prepared.
Julio was awesome! We had a difficult move and needed a mattress brought to our new apt building. Access to the building was difficult and complicated but Julio navigated everything with ease and did an amazing job! Best part of our entire move!
I was very happy to have the Fredy and Eddy team back to help me with part two of my move. They were very efficient and well equipped. They had a special, open dolly cart that made moving the mattress a breeze and a flat dollie to move the larger pieces. They really know how to handle different styles of furniture and different moving situations. I highly recommend this team
He called me to advise he was approaching building. I was not there and gave him Instructions on the phone ( where to Leave my two mattresses) and he delivered 100%
Carlos got the mattress to me safely covered with tarps, he had the right tools to get it out of the car and into the house. He even helped me get the new mattress into my bed frame. I couldn't have done it alone so I really appreciated his help.
Luis and Patrick did an outstanding job. They were booked solid for the entire day, but instead of rescheduling, they persevered and arrived in the darkness of night to complete my job. Friendly, smart, accommodating, and efficient would describe their work ethic. In less than an hour, they had moved 5 incredibly large and heavy pieces of furniture (including 3 couches and a 8-foot oak dining table) up a narrow 17-step flight of stairs. No complaining, no stopping, and no nonsense. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks!
Movers were great. Amount charged was significantly diferent than initial estimate (3x). Because of this dont think I would be using the service again

Gregory and Ángel were professional and made the effort to complete the delivery, successfully bringing the sofa into the room without issue. In contrast, the initial delivery team (Michael and Adriel) did not attempt to unload the sofa and stated it would not fit, resulting in an unnecessary return. Due to this lack of diligence, we had to pay for a second delivery. As such, we respectfully request a refund for the inadequate service provided during the first attempt. We look forward to your response. Thank you.

Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. I had zero issues with their services of these Luggers. Very happy to have found Lugg to help with this matter! Highly recommend!
