These gentlemen were absolutely exceptional!!! From beginning to end they kept me posted with their location until they arrived. They loaded and unloaded my bed carefully and quickly. Once they placed everything inside my home they asked where I would like my bed to be assembled. I was shocked as I thought it would only be delivered, so I was very pleased to find out they were also going to assemble it. During assembly we hit a road block because we noticed some pieces were missing to properly assemble the bed. They quickly came up with a resolution and was able to drill the bed together where the pieces were missing to ensure it was nice and sturdy. They were both very kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. I was very pleased with their service and would love to have them move items again for me in the future. - Bella

Duvan & Joshua were awesome! They’re both tall and strong, which is exactly what you want with a mover. They came prepared with straps and dollies. I really appreciated that because even though I had a truck and was helping transport things, I totally forgot those items. They were extremely helpful and patient. I definitely had a few more items than I anticipated or was able to give them an inventory of. They clearly know their stuff and do these moves often because they were able to give advice on how to transport the items and when I couldn’t find my storage unit, they were able to easily navigate the facility. I was happy with the service until I saw the breakdown of their “claimed labor time”. It took them 30 minutes and they claim it was 51, I have proof.. I would’ve left a decent tip with what they overcharged me. The customer and worker should be able to verify so the time stamp is accurate. Very quick and extremely helpful did the job in one trip and saved me so much time and stress with a service I didn’t even know existed and would have struggled with alone. I had 3 furniture pieces I ordered that were too heavy for me to carry sitting in my building’s package room for weeks. They came prepared with dollies and moving carts and did all the heavy lifting to get them from the my package room to my apartment unit and even ensured that the placement was too my liking and from start to end were very careful with handling of the fragile packages. It was a tough job. Heavy furniture and tight stairs with glass railings with tight turns , new wood floors which Josh and Patrick did a great job protecting.
