5-star moving reviews in Miami, FL

I had a great experience with Lugg Movers. They did an incredible job handling my ornate buffet and credenza, moving both heavy pieces with absolute care and precision. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. They were polite, professional, and made a potentially stressful move completely hassle-free. I highly recommend their services, especially for moving special or delicate furniture, and would definitely use them again! - Maria

Joshua and Patrick (based out of Miami) were WONDERFUL. Cannot recommend enough. I have always had good experiences with Lugg, but they went above and beyond. They had no complaints about my (very) heavy furniture and had great attitudes. Despite the pay structure being by minute, they didn’t hang around or drag out the process—they were super efficient and helpful. They also took great care of my furniture and belongings. Thank you, guys!! - Madeleine

These gentlemen were absolutely exceptional!!! From beginning to end they kept me posted with their location until they arrived. They loaded and unloaded my bed carefully and quickly. Once they placed everything inside my home they asked where I would like my bed to be assembled. I was shocked as I thought it would only be delivered, so I was very pleased to find out they were also going to assemble it. During assembly we hit a road block because we noticed some pieces were missing to properly assemble the bed. They quickly came up with a resolution and was able to drill the bed together where the pieces were missing to ensure it was nice and sturdy. They were both very kind and professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers. I was very pleased with their service and would love to have them move items again for me in the future. - Bella

It was a tough job. Heavy furniture and tight stairs with glass railings with tight turns , new wood floors which Josh and Patrick did a great job protecting. They were terrific and we shared some laughs as well as we got through the tough moments. They were calm and thoughtful in how to get the job done and they worked well together. Would definitely use them and Lugg again. - Stuart

Duvan & Joshua were awesome! They’re both tall and strong, which is exactly what you want with a mover. They came prepared with straps and dollies. I really appreciated that because even though I had a truck and was helping transport things, I totally forgot those items. They were extremely helpful and patient. I definitely had a few more items than I anticipated or was able to give them an inventory of. They clearly know their stuff and do these moves often because they were able to give advice on how to transport the items and when I couldn’t find my storage unit, they were able to easily navigate the facility. I would absolutely move with them again. Thank you so much guys! - Alanna

I was happy with the service until I saw the breakdown of their “claimed labor time”. It took them 30 minutes and they claim it was 51, I have proof.. I would’ve left a decent tip with what they overcharged me. The customer and worker should be able to verify so the time stamp is accurate. I even had to text to see why the delivery time was taking so long. - Nathalie

Really amazing support with labor! They had to think through fitting a bunch of stuff into a moderately small van and did a brilliant job lifting very heavy and delicate stuff, while also playing Tetris! Really lovely and professional, worked from day till night and had a fabulous attitude the whole way through! Thank you so much again Bear & Benson! - Gabrielle
