Had a really good experience moving over all of my belongings from Cambridge to Framingham with Lugg - Rafael was extremely kind, friendly and efficient. I will preface by saying I had no furniture, but had 6 TIFFCON bags, 3 suitcases (a small, medium and large set), 3 cardboard boxes (M, X and XL sized) and some plastic storage containers, and used Lugg Lite, and my cost came up to $103! It was a really smooth process and I'm glad I stumbled upon the service. Would definitely recommend!! - Stuti

Asseem and Dierre were great movers. They arrived a little early to help move a treadmill down the street. When they got to our house, they were mindful about not bumping into walls and laying down the treadmill carefully. 5 stars for them. What was unexpected was that I ordered a pick up but was "upgraded" to a truck. Well, the truck was actually a moving van. Unfortunately, this meant that the treadmill did not fit and needed some slight disassembly in order to fit. This cost time as it took an extra 15 mins to unscrew the monitor so it would fit into the van. Fortunately, the 1st home had tools to help unscrew. If we had gotten movers with a pickup truck, it would have been a much simpler move and cost less money. Overall, a good experience but if you want a specific vehicle, best to say that when reserving. ETA: I reached out to Lugg and explained the situation. They were very responsive and credited me back a portion of the cost. I've upgraded my review from 4 stars to 5 stars.. - emtee
