I tipped Mohammed and Anthony well in cash because they showed up after another crew canceled on a Sunday in 100 degree heat. I had a truck full and three stops. They were careful moving large glass boards that were very heavy (8’x4’) and I had three of them! Many of my other items were heavy and they helped me put patio furniture in my backyard. They packed the truck well and drove carefully. Wonderful communicators and kind humans. Thank you! - Sunny

Kareem and Todd picked up my couch in Pasadena and delivered it to my home in Sherman Oaks. They were on time, professional, and extremely nice throughout the entire experience. To their manager: these two gentlemen are outstanding representatives of Lugg. They deserve recognition for their excellent service—and, in my opinion, a raise! I gave them a generous tip to show my appreciation. Thank you, Kareem and Todd, for making everything so easy. If I need moving services again, I’ll definitely call Lugg.
