Good problem solving. They found a way to get a very large couch through a small entrance space. Courteous and professional. - customer

Konstantin & Spencer were super helpful in helping me and my client navigate a small box move from one apartment in Santa Monica to a storage unit, moving things around the new apartment and removing some furniture back to storage. I asked for white glove service and they delivered; they were helpful and professional. My client was thrilled! - John

Marco Antonio and Walter are the most professional movers I have ever worked with in over 35 years moving furniture in the same home. I used Lugg for the first time to move some very heavy furniture downstairs. Marco and Walter arrived on time , gave me advance notice on the way and were friendly on arrival despite the early morning hour. They completed the move in record time. My townhouse has a tight clearance in the stairway but Marco and Walter were prepared. They inspected the site and the furniture, worked out a strategy, protected my floors and walls, took great caution and worked perfectly in tandem. Lugg has surpassed my expectations! Would give more than 5 stars if possible. - Karen

I could not imagine a better experience. I have an older home with lots of narrow openings and odd angles. LaShone and Tommy navigated the corners, twists and turns excellently. They are true masters of solid geometry. - Kay

Fast and efficient, only wish I had known Lugg does not take the packaging material to trash. Nothing against the delivery guys - Heather

The delivery was excellent. However, we are reluctant to use them again beecause the delivery was supposed to be between 1 and 2, but it was in fact delivered at 6:30. What made it worse is that we were told it was coming earlier so we could not leave our apartment on perhaps the last beautiful, warm day of the year. - Joan

These guys were absolutely amazing. Like, I had huge crates and they handled them like a pro. These were heavy items that I should have had more people on but they did it with ease and they were very nice about all of the labor . Thank you team - Xaviera
