⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First time using Lugg, and an excellent experience! Juan and Raul were fantastic! They were professional, polite, and efficient. They arrived fully equipped with the right tools, moving blankets, and a van, and got straight to work. We were moving from a 10x10 storage unit into a 7x15 unit at the same facility, and they completed the entire job in less than an hour! The team was well prepared, handled everything efficiently, and made the move completely hassle-free. We also appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a van. A special shout-out to Sam in customer service. She was responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile to assist with our booking. Since we were moving between two units at the same storage facility, the booking system wouldn't accept the same address for both pickup and delivery. Sam helped us work through this and get the order set up. We actually discovered Lugg after seeing their movers handling large items at Found Interiors in Kirkland, a beautiful furniture store. Glad we decided to give them a try! Great team, excellent customer service, and a seamless experience from booking to completion.
