Marco Antonio and Walter are the most professional movers I have ever worked with in over 35 years moving furniture in the same home. I used Lugg for the first time to move some very heavy furniture downstairs. Marco and Walter arrived on time , gave me advance notice on the way and were friendly on arrival despite the early morning hour. They completed the move in record time. My townhouse has a tight clearance in the stairway but Marco and Walter were prepared. They inspected the site and the furniture, worked out a strategy, protected my floors and walls, took great caution and worked perfectly in tandem. Lugg has surpassed my expectations!
