I recently relocated to LA and I've used Lugg twice to pick up and deliver furniture. Both times I was quite satisfied with the service. The first time went like a breeze, and because the Lugg movers were so efficient, it was quite reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the second move was a fiasco for reasons that were NOT the fault of the Lugg movers. Although it was an incredibly difficult and frustrating job, they kept their wits and good humor about them. I did learn that if any particular move ends up taking hours for whatever reason, the cost can really add up, so it's something to keep in mind. - Kathleen
