Great movers, but I did have an issue with the app***. I wasn’t given an eta or the contact info of the movers until well after the end of my anticipated pickup window hour. Because I had no way to check when my movers were coming (if at all), I almost had to cancel. Leaving this as feedback for the app rather than the movers as this does not appear to be their fault, and they were responsive when I called to coordinate pick up parking spot, and overall they were efficient and friendly. - Fernando

Luggs were great! It’s confusing the way the pick up window is worded though - hard to know if the user is selecting the DELIVERY time window or the PICK UP (meaning pick up FROM IKEA) window. That could be improved going forward. Otherwise great experience - will definitely use Lugg again! - Emily

I was very happy with their service. It started raining hard (flash flood watch) just as they came to pick up the furniture. They were totally unfazed despite the inconvenience. They were very friendly. Our item was heavier than I realized, when they arrived they asked us to request extra guys, which would have involved waiting for more guys to drive from Denver. They were able to complete the job with my husband’s help. The only thing I would change is: I think could have called us from the pick up to notify us then that more guys were needed. - Stacy
