I’m very pleased with my Lugg experience Paki and Sadiki were quick, efficient professional, and they took great care to not knock the walls or the door frames which stood out to me. Did a great job. When they arrived at the donation location, there was some confusion about unloading, but they called me, they stayed until everything was finished, and their professionalism was outstanding. I will definitely be using Lugg again, overall, I’m very pleased. - Meg
Paki and Sadiki took the time to make sure my desk was taken apart and packed away safely, and when the location of my donation center was closed, they were happy to take it to another nearby location! Very helpful and kind! - MICHELLE
I could not have asked for a better team luggers then Paki and Sadiki. They were quick, professional, carrying and friendly . Paki even went above and beyond helping me find a different place to donate as the Good Will where I was scheduled to donate didn't exempt sofas that day . I would definitely use them again as the app is easy to use and you can get things lugged the same day very reasonably priced. - Krasi
Dwayne and Kevin were awesome- pickup was smooth and so was delivery despite the truck not making it up the driveway. Thanks! - Hanna
Sadiki and Devin were fantastic movers! On time and polite, careful with my belongings, and they were both speedy with pickup and drop-off. I'd ask them to help me move again for sure💯 - Morgan
Gabriel and Cedric were timely, professional, and extremely friendly. They handled my pickup with care! Can’t wait for the opportunity to use their services again. - Becca
I wasn’t at pickup or delivery, but I heard from both people that Eric and Rickey were fantastic! Friendly and efficient. Lugg is the best! - Donna
I am amazed at the level of ease to which I was able to schedule a pickup and delivery with a less than 7 hour turnaround. The process was seamless and the updates were awesome. The gentleman who delivered my item were top tier professionals. Lugg will be my new go-to company for deliveries. I tried to rate the service 5 star but there seems to be a glitch in the system with the star ratings. They definitely were 5 star. - Cheryl
This duo did a great job!!! They were timely and efficient. Their communication was great. Rory and Kimary were professional and careful during the pickup and delivery. I’m very pleased with the service they provided! Thank you so much! - Charissa

Rory and Kimary went above and beyond in my pickup/delivery request. They were friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you. - J
I appreciate how they wrapped up the furniture so it would not get wet in the rain. They kept me informed throughout the process from pickup to delivery. Thank you. - Wynde Jones
Very patient crew. Somehow the app had the wrong pickup address and then the second attempt was wrong as well. But they were still patient with me. They did a great job making sure everything was secure as well. - Angela
In every way with their communication from pickup to dropoff, showing great professionalism upon arrival and through to the completion of the delivery. - John
Edward & Syvalia were so nice and professional! They alerted me upon arrival to the pickup location and my home, and were so helpful in placing the packages. I'm so grateful for their help! - Dionne
