They were really good and did an excellent job moving and storing items in a tight space at the storage facility.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Edwin and Sean. They make a great dynamic duo. We spent a while playing Tetris, moving things to and from the storage unit. They were patient and understanding, and it also helped me solve some problems. If I ever book Lugg again, I’d definitely want to book with them.

Jerome & Daniel G were fantastic. They helped me clear out my storage unit, drove the contents to my new apartment building, and brought the items into my apartment. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and it was lovely to chat with Jerome and Daniel. I will 100% be using Lugg’s services in the future.

They were strong. They worked every minute they were there. They didn’t complain about anything. They were very patient and kind to me, a senior citizen. They didn’t mind waiting for us at the storage center and were friendly to me and my husband. I would be happy to have them move me again when I need to.

Michael and Julienne were great. They texted me before they got to the space and were early! They were quick and efficient and fit everything into my storage space so that I can access what I need, when I need to.

Above and beyond describe them pretty well. Theodore and William were so amazing. They arrived on time. Were so careful with my stuff and did an excellent job storing them in my storage. Couldn’t be happier 👍👍

Got the large vehicle parked in an awkward location and moved everything quickly into the the van and then back out at the storage location.

Dwayne & Tejas were great: friendly & fast. The move went smoothly and, overall, it was a much better experience than I had with movers from a storage company two days ago. This was my first Lugg & I’ll definitely be using the service again.

Soooo good!! These two movers were absolutely amazing!! They made my move go so smoothly from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and super efficient. Everything was handled with great care, and they worked so quickly while still being very organized. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving for me. Jerome and Jahlil were really good movers under difficult circumstances. The pieces to be moved were in a house that was being refurbished, and boxes and furniture made maneuvering tricky and problem solving necessary. They patiently made their way through and got the things loaded. At delivery all went smoothly and my daughter was very pleased with their work. I’ll definitely use LUGG again and have already told a couple of friends about this service!

First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
