Edward and Lamin were great. We needed a large hutch moved for donation and just couldn't do it ourselves. They were prompt, efficient and personable. We will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs! - Meredith
Very professional! Went above and beyond with every detail! Definitely using Lugg again. I only wish I could edit the app while the workers are here so we could donate items while they are here. - Michele
Excellent experience. These guys knew what they were doing. They were patient, efficient and quick-thinking. On top of everything, they were nice guys. Highly recommend! - Brian
Isaac was friendly, and helpful. Two pieces of furniture required disassembly then reassembly and he did that quickly and easily - Lisa
Anthony and Calvin were on time, efficient & made what would have been a really tough & expensive move of a few items affordable & easy. Friendly and professional, I can’t say enough good things about Lugg & this team! - Dana

They could not have been nicer guys. I was so impressed with their timeliness, their efficiency, and their care with the things that I was having transported. I gave them a tip and some ginger molasses cookies that I had in the fridge. I would use them again in a heartbeat. - Jennifer
John and Carlovesson were so friendly and efficient! They called to communicate and brought everything upstairs for me. - Tessa
Argeny and Leander did a great job dealing with a challenging parking situation and bringing my dresser my three flights of stairs. I am grateful for their professionalism and help! - Angela
Sochima and Carl were the greatest! I am so happy they came to help me with my move! They were gentle with my furnitures and professional but also friendly! Thank you guys! 🙏 - Pauline
A price estimate ahead of time would be very helpful. Plus, refrigerators are supposed to be moved upright, not laying down. That’s the whole reason I highered Lugg. The guys were kind and showed up - I appreciate that. - Michelle
Everything was on time , David and Carlovesson were very careful and polite! We are super happy ! Great work! - Anatoly
High scores for our first experience with Lugg Thanks for the long delivery from Framingham to the Cape. We love this new service. - Jennifer
Really awesome guy! I was very stressed but he made the moving experience very smooth and easy! Thanks a lot! - Emy
They did awesome!! The piece of furniture was so heavy and they moved it with ease. They also assisted in spreading a rug. Great team! Thank you. - Elizabeth
They did a nice job. Very communicative, respectful and efficient. Would have loved if they had wrapped the couch frame prior to moving it, but I did not ask or request this in advance so that is likely on me. - Julia
Argeney and Victor were top notch movers. They have a kind and honest vibe before they even speak. They moved my mattress with incredible ease and care. I would absolutely want them to help me with any of my moving needs going forward. - Chris
David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie
Cristobal and Loloyon were absolutely incredible today. They were able to help with the move very efficiently and were INCREDIBLY patient and understanding when there was a miscommunication with access to my new apartment, they waited for over an hour with me and helped me to find a solution to get into the unit, even going so far to download my rental app to reach out to the support team when my phone would not connect! Thank you both so much so so much for all your kindness today!!! - Colleen
I think there was a mistake/ confusion in the unloading time. It looks like it started before arrival, even the first attempt. But can substitute it with a tip! - Brenna
