McHarland and Hotson were excellent movers - arrived early; worked efficently; moved our stuff quickly (across manhattan!) to our new location; easy unload and dropoff. highly recommend them and Lugg for this type of work in NYC.

There were problems with damaged packages when they arrived at Ikea for pickup. They very patiently handled and solved the mix up. I appreciate that they called me so the problem could be fixed, and they didn't just let it slip by. It took some time to remedy. I really appreciate it! They did everything in a timely fashion, following my detailed instructions and easily found how to get into this garden complex (a little tricky.) Excellent service. I tipped each one of them directly with cash which I prefer to do.
Darrell and Piero were fantatic. They waited hours outside at Mattress Firm warehouse and then drove over 2 hours to deliver the beds to us. When they arrived they were smiling and friendly and super efficient putting things into place. I give them the highest rating for their professionalism and friendliness. Darrell was particularly kind. I appreciated them both so much. Well done job.
Carlos and Kevin were great. However Lugg’s logistics team did a bad job w the scheduling. They showed up 15 mins outside the window and so the whole thing took forever. They should not have scheduled a crew coming from lower manhattan for a July 1 moving job.

Faber was really helpful helping me reshuffle boxes in our basement storage locker before we headed to the outside storage facility. He and William hit some serious rush hour traffic, but they arrived without problems, and I am grateful this complicated job was completed with their help.
Lawrence was the driver for Lugg. He was professional and called to let me know that he was picking up my item. Also verify with me my item. He called when he was outside to bring it up to the 2nd floor walk up of my office. I recommend this company and this service. Price delivery very reasonable. I'm really thankful that my order arrived right on time as scheduled. But I want to share something else that made me even more grateful. Usually, I expect the IKEA delivery folks to just drop stuff at the apartment entrance and head out. So, I was waiting outside for the delivery truck like always. But today was different! A van with ‘Lugg’ logo showed up, and two delivery guys actually brought in my ordered table and the super heavy dresser right inside the building! One of them even asked me if I was living alone. When I told them I'm on the first floor, they didn't hesitate to carry that bulky dresser all the way into my apartment. This has never happened with my IKEA orders before. Anyhow, a big thanks for not just delivering my furniture on time, but for going the extra mile to bring it inside my apartment!

It was extremely helpful to be able to mark their progress with the Lugg app., I was able to meet them outside when they arrived. I do question why it took 39 minutes to load the few items into their truck however.
Delivery was done on time. I was not available at home but still devin and devon contacted me and delivered my order securely right outside my door. Thank you guys for your service.
He helped my husband to bring the merchandise inside. He didn’t just leave it there outside. He was very nice.
They came quickly and loaded all of our donations into the back of their Sprinter van. Goodwill kind of screwed us because they said they take furniture on their website. But thankfully, our Luggers found a new family for our chairs outside of the Goodwill. Life is funny but I'm happy they went to a new home!

Joshua and Olufemi went above and beyond. The service was fast, efficient, and a lot of work. They were able to load and unload our 2 storage units inside an underground garage despite their XL size car unable to drive down. They could have canceled but they carried our stuff up a huge incline to transport our stuff out of the garage despite the extra effort.
Bruno and Brett arrived early and were very fast and efficient. They packed my items on the west side of manhattan and dropped them in brooklyn in 2 hours. I would recommend Lugg and Bruno and Brett specifically.
