Fred and Conor were amazing. I was trying to donate some furniture that I needed to get rid of ASAP and they helped me out tremendously by identifying another donation location when the local goodwills weren’t accepting furniture. They were fast, efficient, communicative and professional.
Guys were amazing. Very heavy Rolltop desk. Moved from upstairs and taken to goodwill. Gave tip cash!! Great work!
These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.
My apartment was not an easy location, but they worked very hard to get all my stuff out in a timely fashion. They also helped find a Goodwill location that would accept furniture wen it turned out the one I chose did not, which took a huge amount of stress off of me.
I did not know that there would be a high fee to drop my rug at a local public dump. They helped come up with an alternative plan on the spot that saved me money & donated my old suitcases to Goodwill. Thanks!

they were very knowledgeable about what was acceptable for donation and what goodwill donation centers would not accept. They even called our local donation center to double check. Very good problem solvers, friendly, courteous and professional. In the end, the team offered an an reasonable solution to where to take downsized items.
On my bill, it charges me an extra $110 because it says the trip was 35 miles. The Goodwill in Northridge is only 6 miles from my house. Why the gross overcharge???
Goodwill was horrible and cost me so much extra, but these two were very helpful, nice, and called to keep me updated. They even tried to talk to the manager for me.
These guys were amazing and couldn’t be more happier with their service!! They were able to hit multiple locations after Goodwill wouldn’t accept my donations. Great team!
Great guys to have around. Lifted a big piano in the truck and got it to goodwill right after. Exactly what we needed. Great workers!
they were on time, extremely courteous and did an amazing job loading all items onto their truck. Since Goodwill refused delivery of one of the items, they phoned me and dropped the item at my house. They did a great job. I will definitely use your service in the future.

The guys were great but the app is hideous - 1 star for user experience - wound up charging way more than anticipating, I did a large part of the moving and I wasn’t able to get the sort of help I needed which was multiple stops at goodwill and recycling as I put in my oRDEr. Was told I needed to call another lugg. Thank god I did not call another one as this cost way too much to use again.
Alejandro and Brian were friendly and extremely efficient. They removed a piece of large furniture down two floors very quickly. I would hire them again!
Kali and Todd were terrific! Friendly, understanding, listened well, good communicators. Took care of my in-house, furniture-moving needs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

He showed me how my furniture was secured - it made me feel better about our drive across town. If you could favorite a Lugger, I would favorite Alberto 🤝 gracias!!! Don’t forget to take care of your Luggers! (I tipped cash)

This is my second time working with Oscar & Jorge and they are truly the best!! They moved a whole house with extreme care and even disassembled then reassembled furniture in order to make things fit up my two flights of stairs. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Lugg!
