Jesus is wonderful! I had a really busy day with work, not only was I late for the pickup, the destination I picked for the dump site was unexpected closed during the time Jesus had visited. Jesus was super accommodating and took care of everything when I wasn't able to repond in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend his service and hope I can book him everytime!

I was extremely disappointed with the price I had a lot of cardboard from moving into a new place they loaded their van in 5 to 10 minutes headed to the dump which was 9 miles away charge me 120+ dollars for the short distance that they came and went and then charge me an additional $25 dump fee it was cheaper to have three pieces of furniture picked up at a store in Davis move to Woodland to the second story of my condo .. unhappy with the cost!!!!!
Please do not charge me for the full service since now i have to reschedule for the sofa to go to the dump instead.
I used Lugg for the first time to have old furniture and large boxes removed from my office. Because I was unaware of how the company worked, I set up the drop off location to someone's residence instead of a dump site like I planned on. Jesus and Darnell were very sweet in helping me work through my mistake. We found a dump site and they were able to make it there in time before the dump closed to finish the project. I will definitely be using Lugg again for any hauling we need done. Thanks again you guys - I really appreciated you help and calm demeanor while we worked together to correct my mistake.

These guys were super communicative during the whole move. They had to wait for my elderly dad to unlock a storage unit. They were super friendly to him and also had to deal with hauling an extremely awkward / load. These guys were thoughtful about what they were moving and respectful of how they were handling the items / navigating the house. A perfect move!!!
Derec and Aaron were super friendly and professional. They not only delivered the furniture right on time but also went above and beyond by assembling it, moving it to the exact spot in the living room to our satisfaction, plugging it in and testing to make sure it works, and hauling away the boxes and foams. Definitely will use Lugg again and highly recommend them! ps. I tipped them with cash, not realizing that the Lugg app has the option to tip.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
