A price estimate ahead of time would be very helpful. Plus, refrigerators are supposed to be moved upright, not laying down. That’s the whole reason I highered Lugg. The guys were kind and showed up - I appreciate that. - Michelle
Amazing people! Super nice and truly cared to get the job done well. Calvin and Carl are very knowledgeable movers who used every moment wisely. They are not the type of movers that waste time in an attempt to get paid for additional time. They showed up on time and had smiles on their faces even during a very difficult move of a very large and very heavy and very fragile mirror. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again myself. - Alexandra
They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate. - Olivia
They did awesome!! The piece of furniture was so heavy and they moved it with ease. They also assisted in spreading a rug. Great team! Thank you. - Elizabeth
David + Ken were awesome. They moved a massive and heavy bureau for me from a 3rd floor walk-up with narrow hallways. It was a beast of a moving job and they were kind, efficient and went above + beyond - even helping me put the finicky drawers back in place in its new home. Very impressed! - Natalie
Great great experience! Thank you so much, couldn’t be happier. Both gentlemen were professional and kind. They did a great job and the furniture they moved was extremely heavy. I will definitely recommend this company, thanks to them. - Chanell
Andrew and Zachary did an amazing job! They were on-time, very professional, worked well together, and did a great job moving 3 very heavy objects for me. I will definitely use their services again. - Sean
Frederick and Ken are excellent movers! They carefully maneuvered my heavy couch through an challenging doorway without any issues. Today, was 90, humid, and incredibly hot! I am in awe of their incomparable work ethic and positivity today. They handled this heat with unmatched grace. I give these guys a Five Star Rating because they were great! - Charlene
Dushku and Steven went above and beyond to get a very very heavy piece of furniture into my condo. They were patient, understanding, and so effective. They helped me move my old TV console out of the way in order to put the new one where I wanted it to be. I couldn’t be more grateful that I had these two men to get the job done!! - Taylor
Friendly and amazing team work. Helped us optimize our small storage space and did all the heavy lifting - Ram

They navigated a VERY heavy king size mattress through my very small hallways and stairs. True gentlemen and professionals. Thank you guys! - Eric
These guys were awesome. I got a heavy electric fireplace stuck halfway up my stairs. These guys got it into my dining room, easy peasy. While they were working, my 5-year-old autistic daughter was all in their space, trying to give hugs, trying to help, and asking 100 questions. They responded with patience. They were friendly and were simply wonderful. If that wasn't enough, they asked my son if he needed help figuring out how to work it and offered to get it plugged in and turned on. These guys are wonderful. - Melissa
Thank you thank you! You were both so kind, honest and efficient. Appreciate all the efforts moving these HEAVY pieces. - Annalise
My Luggers were outstanding! So professional & even had a 2-wheeler to move a very heavy stone tabletop out of my car & up to my condo. Whole operation took about twenty minutes - so easy! I will definitely use Lugg again & would love it if I could request this same team. Lugg is the BEST. - Mary
Lifted a very heavy and cumbersome armoire up three flights of stairs in an old brownstone. Super appreciative of their hard work! - Emma

Lugg movers move plants, from a single houseplant to a patio full of potted trees, and keep them upright all the way to the spot you choose. Book a Lugg with your plants' address as the pickup and their new home as the drop-off, and Lugg movers load them, carry them in and set them where they're going to live. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that moves houseplants, potted trees and nursery purchases for people who want them to arrive in one piece.
The olive tree, the bird of paradise and the bags of potting mix you picked out at the nursery don't have to ride home in the back seat. Pay for your plants, then book a Lugg with the nursery as your pickup and your home as the drop-off, and Lugg movers load them at the store and bring them inside or out to the patio.
On moving day, plants are often the last thing packed and the first thing damaged. Add them to the same Lugg as the sofa and the boxes, or book a separate Lugg just for the plants so they ride with nothing stacked against them. Group small pots into open boxes, and leave the tall ones for Lugg movers to load last and unload first.
A tall fiddle leaf fig, a ficus or a potted palm is the kind of plant that never fits in a car and is too heavy to lift alone. Lugg moves a single potted tree the same day, from one apartment to another, from the balcony to a friend's backyard or from a storage unit back home.
Lugg moves plants that are already in a pot, a planter or a nursery container. Digging a tree out of the ground or replanting it is a job for a landscaper or an arborist, so plan for that before you book.
