Geoffrey and Nazaire were super flexible when the donation delivery location changed! Above and beyond help
They picked up some items for donation and they were the final items in my home as I was moving out. When Goodwill did not take one of my items they messaged me to let me know they would take the item to the dump for me. They were very efficient and helpful.
Fast, efficient, and friendly! When my selected donation location refused to accept my furniture, Oleksandr and Joaquin contacted another nearby donation center to see if they would accept it. They contacted me first to make sure I was ok with the plan. They also reached out once the donation was complete. I have used Lugg multiple times and will continue to do so because I’ve always been more than happy with their service!
These men were so pleasant to work with. They knew exactly how to move our very heavy pieces (one in the basement and the other on the second floor. They were also helpful in finding a solution when Goodwill refused our donations. They were the best! We tipped them when they were here.
These gentlemen were so kind. When the Salvation Army didn’t accept my donation of furniture they immediately found a place nearby that did. Top notch service!

This crew ended up having to make 3 stops to unload the furniture due to donation center restrictions. It would have been better if they had arrived sooner and delivered furniture before 5:30 p.m as requested.. However, they showed amazing patience and were willing to do whatever it took to make sure the furniture got into the right hands.
Julio and Chris were awesome, they definitely went above and beyond the help and gave advice on what the local donation center would and wouldn't take and helped me plan accordingly!

5 minutes early!!! Done in 10 minutes & convinced Goodwill to take the donation after I’d already been told they would, but they changed their story when the truck got there.
I completely forgot to put the hardware with the table I was donating. Adam stayed in touch with me and they were able to take the table across the street and convince another donation center to take it (provided I take the forgotten hardware to the center later). The fact that they were proactive, worked with both donation centers, and were able to problem solve so that I didn't have to deal with a table being returned to my front yard... It was very, very, very much appreciated, for so many reasons. Thank you and great job!

They were extremely careful with everything and did a perfect job, including pointing out areas of damage I was not aware of on things I was donating so that I could write a note to the recipients about making repaid where necessary. Friendly and courteous at all times, they kept to the task at hand until every last thing was done to my satisfaction. I hope they are part of the crew the next time I use Lugg.

The Lugg guys arrived during the designated one hour window as was expected; they did the work efficiently and professionally, and only had to be told once which items were going; and they remembered to close the backyard gate on their way out. The price was very reasonable and they could come to do the pick up 1.5 hrs after I requested it. Website interface was intuitive and customer service was thorough. Great job and thank you! I will be sure to use Lugg again and recommend it to friends!

What more can I say about these guys... WOW!! From the SECOND I first communicated with them they went out of their way with their kindness, helpfulness, friendlyness, positive energy and professionalism. I'm not saying from the first minute I'm saying from the first second and the whole time these 2 wonderful men were dealing with my order. I didn't have the receipt for my item attached and they were so patient at my pick up place while I searched for it. When they got here (and man did I have a difficult awkward piece for them to move ) right away upon meeting them the most friendliness, positive greeting that made me, someone who suffers from anxiety, feel a sigh of relief and a feeling of comfort. Professional and so careful with my furniture. I've never spent that much $ on one piece before so I was nervous and it is a pretty large, fragile and awkward to move item. From the first moment to the end, getting it safely to my apt which is on the fourth floor with a tiny elevator these guys went above and beyond. I'm holding back tears writing this because these guys, Kevin the super star ( his nickname is spot on ) and his guy Matthew learning and helping so kindly the whole time , were everything and more you would ever hope for in any encounter you may have big or small in life. Thanks guys!! Thank you Lugg, and btw you guys really won the lottery when these guys signed up with your company.
Nate & Antoine were exceptional. Timely pick up, timely delivery. Put the desk I purchased on Facebook marketplace right where I needed it to be in the room everything's all settled and ready to go and Husband and Grandpa didn't have to do any work at all! So excited! Thank you so much!
