They were super efficient, communicative, and flexible even with my last-minute pickup additions and route updates via Lugg app. They handled everything smoothly and were really kind professional throughout the whole process. What stood out was their attitude. Being new to NYC and coordinating secondhand marketplace finds all over the city can feel stressful and awkward sometimes but they made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I was very impressed with Luggers Michael and Ben who picked up two large and heavy items at two different items (a recliner and huge double dresser from Facebook marketplace). They were super professional in dealing with two pickups and navigating annoying NYC traffic on a muggy day. I was able to monitor their progress quite conveniently on the tracker in the app. They were way quicker than I expected, so I definitely underestimated their arrival. I would recommend Lugg to anyone who needs a quick and reliable move. I also live in building that requires a COI and Lugg customer service was quick and providing one via email (I got a response in a few hours). That really made a difference to me when I needed a short notice pickup. - Laura

We were moving one specific piece of furniture from Connecticut to NYC and they took great care of it, got it there in reasonable time despite a lot of traffic, and then were very considerate and helpful when actually moving the furniture in. - Anupam

Absolutely seamless frictionless experience. Booked time on app. Changed mind , moved time. No prob. I wasn’t even at the pick up place as Lugg had a photo of what they were supposed to fetch and they did. I like that the pick up contact changed at the last minute & I was able to change it in app immediately. Nice touch that every contact number has a choice to be included in pick up or drop off notification or both. A vast improvement from the days when I had to search Craigslist for a man with a van. Very reasonable price and most relaxing NYC move ever - Joan
