I needed a couch moved in NYC the length of a full borough with 2 days notice, and the price I was quoted was HUNDREDS less than professional companies, including Piece of Cake, multiple Task Rabbits, and Transdimentional. Raheem and Phillip navigated so effortlessly, with such care and consideration. They handled logistic issues with ease and were kind, punctual, and professional. I received true white glove service. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat! - Rachel
I moved several large boxes, some smaller heavy ones, a big toaster oven, and a bunch of suitcases and smaller items from the Upper East Side of NYC to the Upper West Side. The Luggers kept me informed about their arrival time; they were polite, helpful, efficient, and careful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Susan

Wonderful service. They were prompt and friendly and carried a couch up a steep flight of stairs without making any marks on the walls. Would definitely recommend them and use them again! - Ilya

I was very impressed with Luggers Michael and Ben who picked up two large and heavy items at two different items (a recliner and huge double dresser from Facebook marketplace). They were super professional in dealing with two pickups and navigating annoying NYC traffic on a muggy day. I was able to monitor their progress quite conveniently on the tracker in the app. They were way quicker than I expected, so I definitely underestimated their arrival. I would recommend Lugg to anyone who needs a quick and reliable move.
I also live in building that requires a COI and Lugg customer service was quick and providing one via email (I got a response in a few hours). That really made a difference to me when I needed a short notice pickup. - Laura
Chingis was so nice! He came fully prepared with all necessary tools and was super quick and efficient :) - Devin
