I had specifically said in my order that it was a king sized mattress and needed to go up 5 flights of stairs. However, the team was only 2 and they couldn’t do it so I had to book 2 extra luggers which took an extra hour. And the cost ended up being more than double with the tips etc. - Nasser
Salomon and Milton were great! We ran into some building related difficulties and they were extremely patient and helpful - Lily
This is a great service that solves the biggest problem with apartments in NYC...the logistics of getting large / heavy items from where you buy it up the stairs in walkup buildings. Very efficient website...like Uber Eats if what you were eating was a sofa:) Customer service via in app / web chat responds instantly and are super helpful. Denmark and Vincent (Super Human Luggers) had great communication, were very professional, fast and efficient. Lugg also provides proper COI required by coops/ Condos in seconds. Great service solving a huge NYC problem. Will be using them again. - Ben
I had requested a small furniture pick up—small cafe table and 3 bar stools, plus a small entryway table—from NYC upper east side to be delivered to Secaucus NJ. The order was like “Uber move”, quick, simple and easy. One can track the movement of delivery between two points on real time. I had two movers in a van. They packed and unpacked quickly and professionally. For the received professional and friendly service, price was also quite reasonable. I definitely would use them again without worrying about the move logistics. - Joanna
John and Marcelo were amazing! So professional, clean, friendly, and overall helpful. I cannot thank them enough for making my move, and first experience with Lugg, such an enjoyable one! - Lucy
Sadiki and Jeremy were amazing! The couch we got was very heavy, but they stayed positive and did the job incredibly well. We’re so grateful!! - Alice
Garfield and Dshamal were awesome! Great guys very friendly and quick with the job! They made the whole process so easy - Madeline
Great team! Amazing! I cannot say enough! So Friendly! took such care with my item! Truly a remarkable experience. - Erin
Diego and Miguel we’re so kind and very patient. They arrived to the primary location promptly and kept me updated throughout the entire trip. They brought my peace in with patience and precision. I’m so happy I went with this team! - Pamela
Wesley and Victor were prompt, professional, efficient, and a tremendous help! Using lugg exceeded my expectations. Recommend this team - Sheila
Absolutely seamless frictionless experience. Booked time on app. Changed mind , moved time. No prob. I wasn’t even at the pick up place as Lugg had a photo of what they were supposed to fetch and they did. I like that the pick up contact changed at the last minute & I was able to change it in app immediately. Nice touch that every contact number has a choice to be included in pick up or drop off notification or both. A vast improvement from the days when I had to search Craigslist for a man with a van. Very reasonable price and most relaxing NYC move ever - Joan
Great service. Awesome communications and delivery. Highly recommend for all your delivery and moving needs - Jesus
Just used LUGG for the very first time and I have to say it was great. Scheduled it and the drivers arrived on time for pick up and drop off. I had Joel and Tavis, show were super friendly, communicative and profesional. They picked up my item in CT and brought it into my apt in NYC, put it in my room of choice and even unwrapped it for me. I will be using LUGG moving forward for any moving needs! - Maria
Alonso and Ernest were extremely communicative, kind, and efficient with the delivery of my dresser! I would highly recommend Lugg and especially the both of them! - Bailey
On time, careful, patient, did a great job. (Elijah and crew were great in absolute terms, and even more so compared to… the unrelated lugg crew who we had to cancel the day before when they arrived due to numerous issues, including a van way smaller than the truck we had booked in the app) - Andy
Dmetry and Kimel were great and very efficient! They made the moving really easy and simple; we greatly appreciate your effort!!! - Tuong
Paul and Bettino were fantastic! They arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and handled everything with care. They made moving my items into storage quick and seamless. I really appreciated their help and would highly recommend them. - Habby
I needed a couch moved in NYC the length of a full borough with 2 days notice, and the price I was quoted was HUNDREDS less than professional companies, including Piece of Cake, multiple Task Rabbits, and Transdimentional. Raheem and Phillip navigated so effortlessly, with such care and consideration. They handled logistic issues with ease and were kind, punctual, and professional. I received true white glove service. I'd book with them again in a heartbeat! - Rachel
I moved several large boxes, some smaller heavy ones, a big toaster oven, and a bunch of suitcases and smaller items from the Upper East Side of NYC to the Upper West Side. The Luggers kept me informed about their arrival time; they were polite, helpful, efficient, and careful. Thank you, thank you, thank you! - Susan

A wonderful experience with Elvis and Tavis moving items a lengthy distance into a dense part of NyC. Both were efficient poised and very poised in handling the transportation. - Vishesh
Booked Lugg to move everything from our event back to our storage unit, and the crew was excellent. They arrived early, were friendly the whole time, and handled every request without hesitation. Every item was wrapped and loaded with real care, and it all arrived on time and in perfect condition. After a long event day, that made a huge difference. Would book them again. - Regan
Absolutely amazing!! I had a last minute request and they picked up within an hour, had it WRAPPED up!, and set up in my apartment in under 45min. Super kind and quick, 10/10 - Deidre

I purchased some antique dining chairs from Doyle's in NYC. I currently live in Colorado but have a residence in NY. Doyle's quoted me $500 to have professional movers move the chairs less than 10 miles. I learned about Lugg thru Doyle's as alternative. Great timely accurate work! With tip it cost $181 for two movers in a Sprinter Van...Will be using them again! - Angela
John & Marcelo were friendly and efficient. They made a stressful move painless. I appreciated their work effort. Thank you ! - Laurianne
