My second time using Lugg and in the end both times I have been satisfied. Last p/u was :20 mins from residence; today’s p/u was in the heart of Dallas, thanks to Danny for his patience getting items to me. I will say there needs to be a bit more transparency when it comes to the “hefty” temp authorizations when booking, Lugg was running my Apple Pay the next day after I booked and Lugg Support wasn’t of support when asking about those funds. The taller gentleman was absolutely fantastic — 5 stars! He was experienced, efficient, careful, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Unfortunately, his partner seemed to struggle quite a bit with the physical demands of the move, which left the taller gentleman carrying much more of the workload. I actually felt bad for him. Brian and Lindon for the win!!! A big order for my business that we needed in a time sensitive way was accidentally shipped to my associates location way out in Dallas Georgia. I was super sick with pneumonia and couldn’t get there. My husband is working. I took my chances and ordered up some assistance on Lugg app And to our rescue comes Brian and Lindon! 🙌🙌 They showed up with their truck and kindness. Quickly loaded up the boxes and were off from Dallas GA to Atlanta to my storage unit. No messing around, they made good time and we are grateful.
