They agreed to move a loveseat out of my living room that was not picked up by Habitat for Humanity as agreed to make room for the sofa they brought me. They were careful, respectful and very thoughtful in how they navigated a small space.
They were well organized and knew exactly what to do. They were totally focused from start to finish and offered helpful suggestions in a timely manner. They were kind and friendly also. To me, it was amazing how quickly they accomplished “the job” and how thoroughly it was done. I am completely happy with their work and have already recommended them and your company to several friends who stopped by this evening. Careful, efficient, and professional! They carefully fit the loveseat through a tight-fit doorway to not dent or scratch anything. When my WiFi didn't work to book a second Lugg pickup to take the old loveseat to another location for donation Joshua arranged a second Lugg pickup so I didn't have to wait for a different crew. They were also very personable and polite. Based on this excellent experience with them I would not hesitate to use Lugg.Com again and will recommend them to my friends and family. The customer service displayed by these two guys is definitely an asset to your company.

Armondo and Luis were incredible! They showed up on time. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with. They ensured that they were taking the right stuff. They worked well together as a team. They provided helpful information about what Goodwill would take. They helped problem solve when some furniture couldn’t be donated. They were incredibly efficient. Their help was invaluable. If we need moving services again I would most definitely hire them again and I would specifically ask for Armando and Luis.
Lencol & Devin were AMAZING movers!! Went above and beyond and treated my pickup with such incredible care!! They came prepared and got things done efficiently and quickly, and were unbelievably kind and helpful! Got everything wrapped up super safely, and even took the time to readjust this heavy cabinet when I realized it would fit better in another spot 🖤 can’t recommend these guys enough! THANK YOU!!!
I did not need a second lugger, although on showed up. I explained this to Jose b4 he arrived @pickup location. Do NOT charge me for 2 loggers, when I requested only 1 and required only 1. JOSE did a fine job and wasted no time doing it. Thank you!

Fast and efficient. Great communication when on task. That said, this move was a disaster from a LUGG logistics standpoint. 1) My Lugg was scheduled for between 12 noon and 1:00 pm. Assigned me one Lugger when I made sure I did NOT select one Lugger - I needed two! So had to cancel and resubmit my order. 2) My Lugg was now supposed to occur between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Kept telling me they were coming (with ETA) but did not show up until 6:40 pm. Never did get an explanation of what happened to delay this move. 3) Lugg did credit me $30 for being “tardy”. Appreciate this, but the delays affected two families (one for pickup and one for delivery) who lost an entire day with no ability to plan or adjust to the continued delay. 4) This was my first experience with Lugg. It may be my last—even though Robert and Johan were great and professional!

Davari and Christian were very friendly and helpful. They were very kind to my elderly aunt during pickup and had to remove and reattach a closet door to get the piece out and were thoughtful about reattaching the mirror to the dresser they moved.
These guys were so sweet! Loved them! Super helpful and conscientious. Stayed to make sure I had everything tied up and covered on my pickup truck.
Juan and James’ truck must teleport, because they arrived early and then beat us from the pickup to delivery spot! They loaded and unloaded quickly and put everything right where it needed to go. James even had some great cat jokes after he met our feline roommate 😹
Joel did a great job, considering the disadvantages he was under especially. I ordered a pickup with two guys, and got a van with one guy, and three hours later than promised! Why promise when you can't deliver? My ex-husband and I, both seniors, should not be asked to pitch in, but we had no choice. And now I still have one more piece of furniture to figure out how to transport! What do you suggest?
Freddy and Cobey are great. They moved a heavy Nordic Track that I bought down rickety stairs and into their pickup and set off toward my house, but then it started raining, and hailing! They stopped and covered the machine with tarps so the electronics wouldn’t get wet. I so appreciate the attention to detail, and friendly, courteous service.
I was pleased with the delivery. They were right on time for the pickup and were able to place the heavy pieces just where I needed them. I tipped them with cash (not through the app).
Tom and Cobey were pros! Easy pickup and hand off of my new furniture. Would definitely recommend them!
