Crisp, careful, cooperative, courteous. They were careful about the things that needed care and listened to me about the cheap, fragile pieces that I wasn't surprised came apart. Favor, please? Could you ask them to check to see if they have to 24" pine bookshelves with 2" notices? I'll come pick them up.
These guys are awesome, I had 4 large items that they helped me move. I couldn't do it due to being handicapped. They were super understanding, responsive & followed directions perfectly. The timing was also on point for when they were going to show up & also meeting us at the second location. The price was also super doable & affordable! Again thank you!

They were nice, easygoing guys. The job was picking up a dresser I had bought at a shop and bringing it to my home. Their service was great value and they were right on time. The whole experience was super easy. .
My daughter said they were very nice and efficient. I appreciate the value for the money. I will never use any other service. I was ripped off by another company.
We needed their help with moving an unusual item - a large rock of sentimental value. It was heavy but they figured out a way to ramp it up into our truck. We are super grateful for their can-do and safe solution.
I was originally going to donate a sofa and chair to Value Village. They had the expertise to know VV doesn't take sofas, and Goodwill wouldn't either. So they found the nearest transfer station to dispose of the items, before they left we confirmed everything. They were very helpful.
This father/son team is amazing! They were exceptionally polite and helpful. I particularly appreciated that they made sure I knew the truck still had room and encouraged me to find more for them to load so I’d get the full value of the rental.

The Lugg guys arrived during the designated one hour window as was expected; they did the work efficiently and professionally, and only had to be told once which items were going; and they remembered to close the backyard gate on their way out. The price was very reasonable and they could come to do the pick up 1.5 hrs after I requested it. Website interface was intuitive and customer service was thorough. Great job and thank you! I will be sure to use Lugg again and recommend it to friends!

On time and helpful getting awkwardly sized delivery into tight space. Wore masks without prompting. Friendly and courteous. Price was high but that's on Lugg the company, not the Luggers.
I have never been happier. Chris and Johnny are a top team, they worked together seamlessly and got everything in the van without a hitch. Only issue was a dark stain on the mattress about the size and shape of a coffee can. That side is face down now and I will never see it again in my lifetime. A small price to pay for an otherwise flawless move.
Can I say excellent service? Yes I can! I purchased some stuff, TV stand, cabinet, huge mirror and a 10-ft rug. The store told me about the app and I ordered a pickup truck with two guys. Wow. I thought very reasonably priced, they showed up on time, got plenty of text updates, and they were very careful with this stuff. My delivery was at the end of the day and even then when they arrived at 6:30, they were very neat looking, and not all sweaty. This is a game changer for me now that I can just buy stuff and get a good delivery service to bring it to me at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this service!!
