these guys help turn a negative situation into a positive situation. They got the mattress from the warehouse despite the delays they gave me constant updates. They arrived not only timely but quickly and then when they got here, I advised we had to go out five flights and they said no problem and then even took down the recycling five flights back down I can't explain how well these guys performed. When I got to home goods, they had given my couch to the wrong person. The person brought my couch back and the Lugg movers were very patient, understanding and polite. They also helped my husband tighten the legs on the couch which the store manager tried to do but were unsuccessful. I really appreciate them. They did their job well. Thank you thank you!
