They started out instantly going above and beyond by successfully backing our moving truck up our very steep driveway - they did not have to do this for us and we were so grateful! They unloaded all of our fragile and heavy items with care and ease, handling a small box truck in 30 minutes flat. They even reversed the moving truck back down our driveway for us as well. I just want to know why I was charged an extra $19.77 over the $126.77 . The guys arrived at the house at 3:06 after going to the wrong house. It took them 35 minutes to load the heavy piece of furniture of which 10 minutes was deciding how to position the truck in the driveway. The drive to the other house was 15 to 20 minutes and it took 10 to 15 minutes to unload the piece into the garage. Everything took right under an hour and I commended the guys.
